My guess is that he is done with Clinton. She is more effective as a foil: a two-time loser has-been that never really was. Why make a martyr ou of her?

If Hillary did what many of us believe she did, then she is the big fish to go after, well before the others.
While I am no fan of what Comey did, he has spent most of his life being a good guy. The same cannot be said of Hillary, who has been a lying self serving political chameleon.
There is no way she should be allowed to get away with multiple felonies, and then be treated in a manner no John Q would ever receive.
Heck it is Comey who allowed it, as many a prosecutor has come out and said that would have no problem prosecuting her for the alleged crimes she committed.
