I think this article makes sense.

I am not sure if transgender ITSELF is a mental disorder because even the medical doctors and psychologists have conflicting opinions.

This can be resolved easily by just passing a military rule that they won't pay for transgender operations or medications.

It's demeaning to those serving in our military to suggest that they only joined the military to go thru the conversion process.
