Every single time there is a thread on Muslims. Every time the word Muslim is mentioned. Every time someone sees/talks about a hajib/burqa/the Q'uran/a mosque or anything related to Islam. It has been this way since 9/11. You want to talk about prejudice? Muslims are the most hated group in America hands down.

Honestly, two years ago I would have viewed the very idea of Pence in the White House with horror. Watching him behave here as a human being, capable of empathy and humility and basic human decency, in direct contrast to the current occupant, he's looking better and better to me.
