The entire Black Lives Matter "movement" is built on a LIE. "Hands up, Don't shoot!" Is completely false. Never happened, nor uttered, yet the BLM, and the MEDIA sold it as the truth. This is just another attempt by the minority, activist community (Race Baiters) to get SPECIAL TREATMENT, and make excuses for lack of ACHIEVEMENT.
