imagine if someone got in their car and ran over a bunch of people with views they didn't support.
I guess that the people getting ran over got what they deserved considering it only takes a philosophical disagreement to be justified in killing people. Right?
Any of these people that violently assault others should be sentenced to a minimum of 1-2 years in real prison. Set a precedent and people will think twice before stepping up to be the "cool guy" that punches, stabs, shoots or clubs someone they disagree with.

What's rational or irrational is irrelevant. The question is - is it ok play judge, jury and executioner of those you disagree with?
