Witnesses said the Nazi guy was provoking people on the street and threw a banana at some guy and called him an ape. That's when our American hero sprung into action and ran across the straight and put him to sleep

Any of these people that violently assault others should be sentenced to a minimum of 1-2 years in real prison. Set a precedent and people will think twice before stepping up to be the "cool guy" that punches, stabs, shoots or clubs someone they disagree with.

so you're saying a Nazi (sympathizer) acted irrationally and killed a person and harmed others? While the people with rational philosophy were peacefully gathering?

What's rational or irrational is irrelevant. The question is - is it ok play judge, jury and executioner of those you disagree with?
