Time is time, if she can take the time to complain about not having enough emergency supplies while doing a news interview....and she does a shirt....she must not be that worried..
PR get hit at least once a yeara by hurricane, they use to be a country of their own, you would think by now they would learn how to deal with storms, better construction, stockpile, etc.
PR sent a lot of their own supplies to VI after Irma. Maria hit two weeks later.
