Shame on him. If he would have erected a giant penis, a pot leaf, or a portrait of Lenin in place of the Sherman tank, all would have been well. Oh wait, never mind the penis. That would have been offensive too, since it is a male part. How about just two folks, of whatever gender, getting it on on the grass.
