Family could be biased but sure it is possible that he could be suffering from some sort of dementia since he was 64. Anything is possible. I'm surprised no one seems to have info about his social media
I think one poster saw his roommate Facebook age before it was removed. Was it Seacove? Did anybody see if this man had any social media profiles? If he didn't, I doubt he shot these people for fame.

I don't get the rather he has a terrorist debate. Terrorist or non terrorist the pain of those shot or killed and the families and families connected to the ones shot are the same. At that amount of fatalities it shouldn't even be a debate on if he was a terrorist.

I'm saying that it's not a gun culture, but we have seen several attacks in Japan with knives. They're never as deadly as something like this, but there was one last year that killed 19. But the murder rate in Japan is extremely low. It's a different culture, and that's a good thing.
People can buy whatever they want, a thousand CCW holders couldn't have done anything to stop that guy. Unless you're carrying a high powered rifle with a scope, no one had a chance against him.
I heard there were some plain close policemen killed, anyone that believes that they could have stopped this guy is crazy. Reminds me of the Texas tower shooting but at close range.
