Better brush up on the 25th Amendment.

Will Trump finish his term? Steve Bannon says 30% chance, 25th amendment could be trouble - Business Insider
Quote:
According to two of the sources, Bannon warned Trump several months ago about the possibility of getting removed from office via the 25th Amendment, prompting Trump to ask, "What's that?"

A stipulation of the 25th Amendment allows the vice president and a majority of the Cabinet — that is, 13 of 24 Cabinet members — to vote the president out of office. Bannon reportedly considered it a more likely scenario than Trump's impeachment.

More anonymous sources That said, if Bannon did say this, I would strongly disagree with him. Firstly, invoking the 25th Amendment requires the support of the VP, and I could never see Pence going along with something like that. He's too loyal and Trump, while behaving in a manner that some (mainly on the left) find annoying, is only being Trump.

More fundamentally, the 25th Amendment gives the president the power to write to Congress to declare that any supposed "incapacity" is over at any time. While Congress or the VP and a majority of the cabinet can object to such a declaration, it would then fall upon Congress by a 2/3 vote in each house to find that the president remains incapacitated, at which point the VP would remain acting president. And don't expect Congress to approve of anything by 2/3 majority in each house. All of this is to say that the 25th Amendment is not as easy to invoke/maintain as some may think.

In the end Pence will betray trump. Bannon was vehemently against Pence on the ticket; he knew Pence would at some point put the Country above trump. That day is coming.

"Trump only being Trump," is what worries me. Of course it is not easy to remove a president from office.
However, my hope is the powers that be, start the process......either that or the man needs to grow a brain and resign.

He does not seem to like his job. He should let it go and go back to cheating in business and counting his money. Maybe, some kind of reality show, for example: "How to ruin a beautiful, well run country."

Trumps new tweet: Send for your information, on how you, $$ for $$ 1000 bucks can destroy whatever you wish.

He's a master at leaking info to the press. It might be Bannon's way of telling Trump to settle down right now. As you know, Trump's staff often leaks stories to the press as a way of communicating with Trump. And we know that Kelly controls who talks to Trump.

With this story, Bannon is telling Trump to stop acting so crazy right now because Bannon can't communicate directly to Trump fast enough right now because he's not a staffer any longer. By leaking this story, Bannon is able to communicate to Trump immediately.
