Trump does not understand how government works nor what government is. Trump voters wanted a novice, someone so totally ignorant in the ways of government that he could not answer simple questions, such as on the national debt, well they have one. An ignoramus runs this nation.

Every president in the last few decades has signed off on budgets with greater outlays than receipts.

It addresses his lack of government experience and the fact that being lead by people with government experience has gotten us to a $20 trillion debt, never ending war, a horrible tax system, out of control public pension problems, etc. etc.
