I don't care if Trump is impeached. All we have to do is hamstring him to minimize his damage. Midterms are coming up, and America will take back its government.

I honestly think Trump just added that in about the FBI as a summation of the entire situation. He's that unpolished, isn't he?
This is why defeating him was so difficult (and didn't happen either in the primary or general). It's why taking him down since he assumed power has been so difficult. It's his whole persona/shtick. This guy has found a loophole in how to function within the political system.
It's not going to last. Trump will not outsmart Mueller and his team due to his IGNORANCE of the law. This will be his downfall.

can you imagine if Trump puts a personal server in his Trump Tower and mishandles top classified information and destroys over 30,000 emails when he gets a subpoena and lies to the FBI and the public about it, how long would it take for the Democrats and the MSM demand his impeachment?
Hillary and Bill have been in government for decades, Trump has been in government for less than 1 year.....is not even close the level of corruption.

One got into an argument with himself on TV over whether Trump was under investigation.
One has already had ethics charges filed for telling those working in the Trump administration that they didn't need to retain their own attorneys.
Two discussed legal strategy in a restaurant adjoining a major new outlet's DC offices. It was overheard by reporters. Surprise. Surprise.
Trump lawyers are already "behaving so outside of what a lawyer in his position would do" that it is easy to imagine that Dowd took the blame in order to take the heat off Trump.

Trump has a rally scheduled in Pensacola, FL next Friday. Wonder if he gives Mueller's team additional incriminating statements when talking to the crowd as they give him the adoration that he craves.
It will be comical to listen to the crowd chant "Lock her up" because 4 of Trump's staff have been arrested already. Who knows, maybe there will be another indictment or guilty plea before next Friday's rally.

too funny. trump is throwing his own DoJ under the bus for not pursuing charges against clinton....... when it was trump and conway who said they would not be pursuing charges against clinton!
Now Trump says he knew Flynn lied and that's why he fired him.
Then we know that he asked Comey to drop the investigation and fired him when he wouldn't.
Now Trump's lawyer has to be trotted out to take the fall for Trump's self-incriminating tweet.
