The $3.3 billion must be divvied up among the hundreds of the countries who voted against the US. If that's too drastic, we could put the UN on a glide path to sustainability that they are so fond of. For every vote against the US position, they lose $100m. That should do it in about 33 votes.

A step in the right direction! You cut enough to send a message initially, but not all so that you have no more leverage going forward. If the UN continues to get out of line and go against our interests and the interests of the sole democracy in the Middle East, let's cut additional funding.
