This will never happen. Have you notice that none of the White House staff has come out and said what is written is a lie. Wolf is somewhat sleazy but does have tapes and transcripts to back up his claims. I bet Trump has put a gag order on the White house staff. Nothing said about Trump is the book is earth shaking. We have always known that Trump is a man child. The book just confirms this. Bush Jr, McCain and Rominey (last three republican presidential candidates) have said Trump is unfit for office but somehow it is the Democrats or press that gets the blame. Trump is a screw up and very few in his inner circle are defending him. His cult like following is both funny and scary. He hit the nail on the head with his 5th ave comment. Gotta give him credit for that.

i'd say the thought process would be to hurt them in the wallet ( kill future sales ). i'm sure most of the things trump wouldn't have wanted revealed have already been widely reported.
Actually, audio of entire book in on youtube now. I listened to portions of it yesterday for a couple of hours, nothing really new in it IF you keep up with day-to-day news. But there are a lot of people that don't and for them the book could be a real revelation.

That's my hope--and probably Trump's fear. We are all junkies on this site, so we've heard most of this already. But much of this will probably be new to many people who are not as connected. And with all the press it is getting it will be hard for them to miss.
