It's not gonna happen, but what if Trump is impeached and the country is saved at least partly due to the courage and honesty of a porn star?
(And, yeah, of course I realize that Daniels is gaining from her honesty, too -- in other words, I realizethat she is not doing this for selfless reasons!)
Well, you know Trump filing for all those bankruptcies and leaving his creditors holding the bag is smart business as he has said. So Stormy cashing in is smart business too. Trump should understand.
what is an odd gamble.....what is her case? she allegedly said she slept with Trump once in 2006 and it was consensual ....She tried to sell her story in 2011 and she accepted $130,000 in 2016 to keep it out of the public and cashed it.
what merits are you talking about? how is this a civil rights case?
What exactly her lawyer is suing for? What damages to her client? please entertain us.

Why if you are trying to distance Trump (your client) from the NDA, from being David Dennison, from admitting congress (yes--like the irony of THAT use of congress) with a porn star---are you STUPID enough to respond to ANY litigation related to those issues by signing a document with the "attorney to the POTUS" legend, sending/taking mail using the Trump corporate office address as YOUR address of record, and using your Trump business email for communication???
Maybe that has worked before because people were glad to take the money and intimidated by the bullying tactics Cohen is apparently famous for within his sphere...
But they seem so stupid because they come from the hubristic/arrogant attitude that Cohen and Trump display ALL the time...
I know you can't be a good court room attorney if you don't have the killer instinct--but that HAS to be paired with knowledge of the law and good sense...
I think Cohen is missing 2 of those 3 ingredients...

daniels seeks a declaratory judgement on the validity of the settlement agreement. trump and cohen have given conflicting public statements concerning this topic. cohen, in court filings, stated that trump is "david dennison" who had an affair with trump. the WH and trump have stated he did not have an affair. this would affect the validity of the of the settlement agreement therefor the need for the depositions.
cohen opened this can of worms in an unforced error when he publicly claimed to have paid the $130,000 himself and that trump had no knowledge of the settlement agreement. this opened the door for daniels to submit the settlement agreement to the court for a declaratory judgement.

Love how he set up the latest trap for Cohen. Daniels said it was her opinion that Cohen was behind the intimidation attempt when she was with her baby. Cohen immediately sends her a threatening letter to intimidate her.

Read recently that Avanetti has won over a billion dollars in settlements for his clients.

Stormy's attorney is keeping it in the news by making regular rounds at the cable new shows. He's a great guest for them and it keeps ratings up. Each new court filing keeps it a top news story too.
