It looks like Andrew McCabe lied four times about leaking information to the media, including twice while under oath.
Jordan said the report reveals that McCabe lied four times about leaking information to the press: once to the Office of Professional Responsibility, once to former FBI Director James Comey and twice under oath to the inspector general.
To use his boss' catch phrase, he obviously had a "higher loyalty" than the oath he took to get his gig. The man has raised hundreds of thousands on GoFundMe and I hope he gets to spend every penny of it and then some on legal fees.
So if former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe lied "twice under oath to the inspector general" of the FBI, why hasn't Attorney General Jeff Sessions charged him with felony perjury yet?
It's not like Sessions himself hasn't seen the Inspector General report on McCabe. Sessions cited the report as the reason to terminate McCabe one day before he qualified for his retirement benefits.
Or is this going to be just another "lock her up" meme?
Has the official, full length IG report been released then?
No public release yet. It's expected in about a month or so.
It seems that congressional oversight committees may have some of the report now.

Who knows if McCabe will be charged, or...there could be a sealed indictment with his name on it already.
