I guess you missed it, but again, there is no ban on chemical weapons. There are signatories on two conventions, that is all. The US has the largest stockpile of chemical weapons, and has an official policy of reserving is right to use them.

We should invade Syria and if Russia doesn't like it we should bomb them. It Trump doesn't do it it's because he colluded.

It seems the Syrians were emboldened by Trump' pull out announcement, but he is desperately trying to blame Obama for it
