I guess you missed it, but again, there is no ban on chemical weapons. There are signatories on two conventions, that is all. The US has the largest stockpile of chemical weapons, and has an official policy of reserving is right to use them.

I am tired of moral equivalency on these issues. There are people for whom nothing the U.S., Israel or other civilized Western nations is good.
Again the verbal attacks on anything the U.S. does to maintain order are incessant.
