Well Obama isn’t unhinged and prone to to being rude and insulting like what we sawbat the G7 meeting.

They are setting up the tables now with some pens and stuff.

I don't expect a high level agreement of course, but probably an agreement for further meetings or some sort of basic diplomatic ties.

But you never know.

Zimbabwe. The US has diplomatic relations with the notoriously dictatorial government of Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe and actually has given the country $400 million in humanitarian aid.

I'm always amazed that Republicans are so eager to hate Hillary that they actually are willing to sympathize with Gaddafi!!! A man responsible for at least hundreds of deaths including Pan Am 103.

Republicans really do have a thing for dictators.

Things change, for instance, like Democrats rising above it all.

I feel the same. I'll never like 1/2 of what all presidents have or will do but this is a great thing. They are about to sign something, this is getting interesting. Looks like it's good so far.

Why should Democrats "rise above it all" when the exact same news story (a meeting with Kim) portrays Obama as a terrorist for even contemplating it and Trump as a patriot with Glory Glory Hallelujah playing in the background? What changed is Trump called Obama a Muslim Kenyan long enough and loud enough to get elected president. That's what changed.
