Yes that leaves himself..so it could have been a matter like a personal will. He may have created a document which he wanted an attorney to hold onto in case he ever accidentally fell from a fifth floor window or opened a package containing nerve gas.

Actually, there is a [small] probability Hannity's name did not need to be made public at this time.
Per Avenatti, on O'Donnell right now, the judge gave the atty the option of writing the name of the client or pronouncing it orally.
Avenatti says, of course, he should have chosen the written option, on the chance the judge will look at the name, realize the implications, and say she is not releasing it at this time and needs to think about it.
But, Cohen's dumbass atty didn't take at least that chance, so Hannity was immediately revealed.
Hannity needs to sue for incompetent legal representation.

She said (and I posted earlier about this) that if Cohen and his attorneys had trusted the FBI/DOJ taint team to do their jobs--and Hannity was not implicated in any of the crimes illuminated in the search warrants served at the various locations then Hannity's name would have been seen by the taint teams in Cohen's files and NOT MENTIONED at all...
NEVER WOULD HAVE MADE THE NEWS---would not have been passed through to the prosecution teams assembling the evidence to support a warrant for arrest and criminal trial
If Cohen had not filed the motion to suppress the evidence on attorney client priviledge--
Because taint teams PRESERVE non-criminal attorney client priviledge
Meaning if there was no harm--there was no foul--no names called...
So Cohen must have LOT of criminal behavior documented in those files
Maybe even some with Hannity's name on it...
If Hannity is telling the truth, then Cohen walked into a federal courtroom today and lied through his teeth about Hannity being a client. There are a number of things wrong with that picture, mainly, there was no reason to pick out Hannity if he wasn't a client, and judges frown on being lied to.
