How so? How can he not be?
If he paid off a porn star for Trump, without Trump's knowledge, that would be malpractice. If he took the money out of his own funds to pay a woman for Trump, without Trump's knowledge, that is cause for disbarment. If he took a loan from a bank under false pretenses, that is cause for disbarment. If he kept a Trump slush fund to pay off women, I cannot imagine what financial and legal ethics rules are being violated. If he's bribed officials in NYC to assist Trump's business, that is illegal.
Who knows what is in those files that is not protected by atty/client privilege? I've seen firms audited by the SEC and bank auditors and even the FBI (based on a lone accusation). This is one of the cleanest firms I've ever seen--they are 'by the book' all the way. And still, the auditors could pick out a few things that required hours of research to respond.
I can only imagine what a NYC atty who works for a developer/promiscuous philanderer might have done. These guys pretty much have not cared about the law, have skirted it as much as possible and played it fast and loose. Also sloppy--I cannot imagine that Cohen, who has created this disaster with his own stupidity, hasn't committed crimes he could be prosecuted for and/or disbarred.
And of course if Trump was aware of any of this, well.....the possibilities are endless.

BLaming democrats when Repubs have all 3 branches, FBI appointed by Trump, ranting about Hillary, ranting about no collusion, says that the DEMS, Comey and FBI all have huge conflicts of interest?! Seriously, this is nutty to a new level. An absolute joke.

A Trump appointed person signed off on this. You don't get these levels of warrants with no evidence for something. You don't get no knock raids if they don't have evidence of something. He thinks people are idiots and if I were a Trump supporter, I'd be mad, not playing the whataboutism games and talking about Hillary.
It makes sense. They have nothing else. No one is going to prison for an FEC violation. Daniels allegations that someone verbally harassed her back in 2011 is a misdemeanor harassment if they ever find the guy who did it and if the SOL's haven't expired, and if it's even true. This is all a big show and has become a power struggle between the POTUS and the deep state and it's all out in open now. If they can start pulling crap like this and get away with it even if there is nothing there and Trump fights then off what's next? Do they go JFK on him? Cause I think if this crap isn't toned down we are heading in that direction. They can't control Trump, they know it and the options for getting him inline to the deep states liking are dwindling fast.
Hopefully, Trump hangs all these corrupt bastards by their toes on Pennsylvania ave so the public can stone them as they walk by. This is what our tax dollars are paying for. If anyone here is ok with the FBI seizing privileged communications between a lawyer and their client you may as well become a communist.

That Congress isn't doing anything about this abuse of power by the FBI shows that they can't be trusted and that we need Article V to rein in DC.

I know that because conspiracies, real conspiracies like on the scale you're suggesting, just don't work. People are flawed, they make too many mistakes. Besides, it's the most convoluted explanation to this situation, when the simplest one usually is the right one.
I'm not arguing that everything the FBI engages in is correct or right, but that hardly makes them traitors. And it certainly doesn't make them traitors for merely investigating Trump and his associates, or following where the evidence leads.
You act like more of an enemy to America, honestly, with your suggestion that people within the FBI be murdered because you don't like the scope of an investigation. That's pure banana republic stuff and completely contrary to our system of justice.
Not murdered..punished by capital punishment. Executed. Hardly the same thing.
