The fact is that Cohen has an office at Trump Tower inside the Trump corporation and that was NOT RAIDED
So if he really wanted to go after Cohen AND Trump, why didn't they do that?
Why NOT go to the heart of where Cohen's documents related to Trump would be most likely to be found???

Because Mueller is not stupid
He is not trying to strike at Trump
He can get him later with more evidence
But he IS going after criminal conspiracy---
And he can get that anyplace Cohen lays his head or his computer--
Because Cohen is 1) stupid, and 2) corrupt, and 3) hubristic...

Apparently because the acting Attorney for the Southern District is a Trump appointee to fill in and Was not nominated to actually fill the position (which would mean waiting for confirmation to sit in that seat/do that job) he recused himself and allowed another attorney in the Southern District to make the decision...

Trump should have .000000000001 percent of the integrity, honesty, and intelligence of Robert Mueller. He has a lifelong history of only doing what is right and honorable, unlike your buddy Trump, whose entire existence has been solely for his own gain and pleasure. Mueller and Trump should not even be used in the same sentence.

I'm a Democrat, but if Mueller (a Republican) ran for President, I would vote for him in a NY minute.

I did too, no thanks to Reagan.

It is Reagan's policies which messed up our media, and created the bias problems we all complain about today.

... and he began the long relentless and widening wealth and income gap which troubles so many people today. The upper 10% suck up all of the GDP growth, literally ALL of it, and ordinary people do not see standard of living gains as in the postwar decades until Reagan. Reagan mucked up the American Dream.

Trump can't fire Muller, only the Attorney General Sessions can fire Muller. Since he is has recused himself for the Russia investigation, it is in the hands of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, and then only under these guidelines:

The Special Counsel may be disciplined or removed from office only by the personal action of the Attorney General. The Attorney General may remove a Special Counsel for misconduct, dereliction of duty, incapacity, conflict of interest, or for other good cause, including violation of Departmental policies. The Attorney General shall inform the Special Counsel in writing of the specific reason for his or her removal.
