Do you think this is the first time in history that an attorney has been wiretapped? There are well-established procedures in place to preserve evidentiary privileges like the attorney-client privilege.
Democrats are still embarrassed and bitter from the election that’s why all this is happening
Keep telling yourself that. I know people that went to their graves insisting that Nixon was framed. But people who are capable of intelligent and rational thought knew otherwise. The same is true here.
If you're going to split hairs between monitoring conversations vs. overruling attorney/client privilege, that question is presumably going to be settled when a court rules on admissibility - not when some low-ranking FBI agent decides to press "record" or not.
It is NOT splitting hairs. If you have evidence a lawyer is running drugs and you tap a lawyer and a dealer, go for it.
Tapping a lawyer and his client is completely different .
