No there isn't. It's important to understand this point. If Cohen was involved in a crime, even if he's our president's lawyer, he's fair game.

Same goes for Perkins Coie, the law firm that represents Fusion GPS/Hillary Clinton/Barack Obama. If any one of them were being investigated & there was suspicion of a crime, all that would be necessary is to convince a judge & every single phone call, email & text from Fusion/Clinton/Obama would all be handed over. All done legally & no one could reasonably protest.

I am not a fan of this no matter what it is over. If you have proof of a crime, file the charges. This position has nothing to do with Trump.

They are willing to erode our rights also to achieve their political goals.

Good example. Now imagine the dealer is a client of the lawyer.

That's a good point isn't it.

I just assumed it was all above the law and it most likely is. I suspect that this Mueller investigation is crossing the t's and dotting the i's twice.......for fear of being attacked BUT

someone said there has to be a boat load of evidence to get a wire tap.

If that is the case --- then there should be enough to file charges.

Good. If investigators can convince a judge that wiretapping them is necessary and that there is sufficient evidence to support it, they should be wiretapped. I don't care about party affiliation. The question of Cohen's wiretap has literally nothing to do with the actors you mentioned or the Uranium-1 non-scandal. I don't know why you brought them in to the conversation in the first place.
