In this video James Clapper said that there was no wiretaps, or FISA warrants on the Trump campaign.
With the recent NYT article admitting to 4 people within the campaign under surveillance, and at least one informant, and the use of National Security Letter to obtain communications, and other records of the campaign, can we conclude anything other than Clapper was lying?
Look what the clown is saying now. He can't get his story straight. He doesn't know the difference between the constitution and a roll of toilet paper.
Its incredible alright Clappy.
Incredible you don't know spying on a political campaign,
and reporting it to the opponents campaign is illegal.
I suppose we are to believe he never informed Obama of anything.
It was only his job to do that. He apparently never took it serious either.

Listen to the video, read the transcipt. It would have been a good thing if it had happened. God, no wonder people are so easily fooled by the media. That whole dialogue was based on what Clapper thought about a situation if it had actually happened.

Christine,
You didn't answer the question in the OP.
Watch the video in the op, and tell me, do you think James Clapper is a lair?
