Sinclair Broadcast Group owns almost 200 TV stations across the U.S.; this is the company that requires its stations' local news operations to air mandated news scripts, video segments, and editorials. Ironically, Sinclair has criticized other news organizations for producing "fake" news.
That sounds a lot like the syndicated national news that ABC, CBS and NBC broadcast out through their networks of local channels, doesn't it?
Since I have views and values on both sides I would love to see a balanced approach to the news. I don't watch any of the networks now because of of their imbalance. Turn on MSNBC or CNN and all you will hear is anti-Trump stuff. Turn on Fox and all you will hear is pro-Trump stuff. No balance from any of the networks.
Yeah, Juan Williams, Shepard Smith, Jessica Tarlov, Marie Harf, Leslie Marshall, Richard Fowler, Cathy Urea, Doug Schoen...
Need I go on?
Seriously?
These folks bend over backwards to slobber all over President Donald J Trump. They love the guy.
Yeah right.
How many folks on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, etc. show Trump anything but fear-driven hatred?
It ain't gonna get no better than FOX News, children.

I'm just old enough to remember when news was just news, not partisan opinion networks. BBC is a great recommendation, but we should do better here. I think there is a huge sea of people in between the red and blue bullhorns that just want to know what is going on.
I agree, it would be great if news was just news. I am an independent, I watch and read online CNN, BBC, MSNBC, CNBC, FOX, ABC, NBC, Al Jazeera and you name it, and in fact they do not have FOX when we are in Cebu Philippines, so it is simple, I can watch them all, why can't many liberals watch FOX without their heads exploding, they cannot have an open mind for learning and the truth if they refuse to watch all news.
To answer McGowdog, on CNN Jason Miller seems to be a regular at the moment.
Professor Deshowitz is almost always on Trumps side. They usually have him on alongside Jeffrey Toobin. Those two are always at loggerheads.
Ben Ferguson seems to get wheeled on a fair bit as does Paris Dennard.
Kayleigh McEnnany used to be a very regular guest on almost every show. She quit of her own accord.
Jack Kingston used to be regular as well.
I don't watch MSNBC so much. I can think of plenty of Republican pundits on MSNBC but none off the top of my head that are always fighting Trumps corner.

Can you re-read the OP. There are ways to get your point across without resorting to the childish metaphors. Thanks.

Thanks for the info.
My local news on CBS, NBC, and ABC, which comes from Colorado Springs, a seemingly conservative enclave, has these announcers spitting out this seemingly forced liberal rhetoric exclusively.
It's unwatchable, so I watch Fox.

Yeah, I have one safe space, you have fifty, plus a petting zoo, play-doh, and crayons.

If there was a cable news channel, with a genuine mission to deliver balanced, non-partisan news, hosted by American anchors, would you watch it?
Here's what I mean by that:
A channel that reported not just American based news, but also world news, advances in technology and science, health, arts and so on.
That delivered all news, as it happened, with little to no 'opinions' from talking heads?
How interested would you be? Would you welcome it?
Are you happy in your own left or right wing bubble?
Do you already watch a balance of shows including from international sources?
Are you interested in international news?
Genuine answers please - No insults left or right. Let's try to have an adult discussion.
Thanks.
No. Not interested. It has never happened and never will because it is a lousy idea. No reporter has ever reported the news in that fashion.
The Left may be too dumb to figure out what is real and what opinions are worthwhile, but we on The Right are not.
Now that Fox News is banging the competition around like a screen door in a hurricane, The Left is just ALL ABOUT impartiality.
