FBI agents are a combination of police officer and military personnel, and FBI agents are required to carry firearms at all times. And conservatives are more likely to be drawn to firearms and military service than liberals, and most FBI agents will be conservatives in nature. And it will be a conservative atmosphere and vibe that runs through the FBI (just like a conservative vibe runs through the military.)

The only issue involving Trump that I have seen is (1) FBI member sending anti-Trump messages to their girlfriend. And that FBI member has been given a lower rank and moved to a different position away from any presidential investigation. And with the way many Americans hate Hillary, I would suspect there are republicans in the FBI who hate Hillary much like the anti-Trump FBI member above.

Not satisfied with keeping Hillary in the race, Comey's intent turned to making himself look good.
He made a promise to congress and he decided to keep it. Comey was going to prove he was the Boy Scout everyone said he was. His intent was to show he was unbiased in exonerating Hillary and protect the image of the FBI at the same time.
Hillary was way ahead in the polls and nothing could keep her out of the office she was entitled too. Comey's intention backfired when he reopened the investigation into Hillary only days before the election. Reasonable people couldn't possible vote for Hillary when she could win election and be prosecuted for crimes. Comey helped Trump get elected but that was not his intent. Once again Comey unsupervised and interfering in the election Hillary was sure to win, miscalculated. He under estimated the voters outside of his bubble. In his world nothing could keep Hillary out of office.

11 days before the 2016 presidential election the FBI published a letter about Hillary Clinton. Its possible the FBI letter "might have shifted the race by 3 or 4 percentage points toward Donald Trump, swinging Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Florida to him, perhaps along with North Carolina and Arizona."
