Heitkamp has been Senator here for years. While I think Kramer has good odds because of the R next to his name, there are some liberal pockets in the state and if the Chinese tariffs impact the farming community before Election Day then Kramer will likely lose.
If you’re willing to overlook all of his lies and dishonesty in order to further some perceived agenda then yes, you lack core values.
