In regards to affordability people should locate to where it is affordable . We shouldn’t say “oh you can’t afford to live here in an apartment or house ? No problem just setup a tent or live in your RV by the beach “

This area is next to Beverly Hills to give perspective but Beverly Hills doesn’t have these problems . The people running Beverly Hills care about maintaining quality of life for the homeowners and residents in the area rather than tolerating the behavior mentioned in the article .
I think that's technically Melrose. If not it's right on the border with it so southern WeHo/Melrose. It is still pretty nice there though regardless of official designation.

BH is one of the few places left where you can walk the entire length of Santa Monica Blvd and not step in poop, see someone screaming at themselves/no one, or come across a miscellaneous foul odor that makes you want to vomit.

I should work for BH's tourism bureau. That's a ringing endorsement.

What solution have you come up with?
Ease up on environmental regulations that don't allow to develop and expand. Stop the importation and protections of poor illegal people (sanctuary laws). Change pension programs for government employees to reflect competitive private market rates.
