reagan won wisconsin in 1984 ( minnesota, mondale's home state, was the state reagan lost ). since this isn't the first time trump has made the claim it means either:
A): he's intentionally promoting BS.
B): his staff is too afraid to point out to him when he's wrong.
C): his staff has pointed it out but he's sufferring from memory problems.
none are good scenarios.
Or D) He is, as Tillerson said, an effing moron.
..."All of you remember," he said to reporters. "I was opening Turnberry the day before Brexit." "I said Brexit will happen and it did happen," he added.
But Trump was actually at the opening of Turnberry the day after the Brexit vote occurred, meaning his "prediction" came after the fact.
He repeated the falsehood during a press conference with UK Prime Minister Theresa May..."
Trump is a lot of things but not entirely stupid he got elected by making the right mad because we had a black man in office. He never once talked about the issues during the debates nor during an interview, in fact he went out of his way to ingore talking about said issues and still won. So while he isn’t stupid he knows how to run a damn good con.
This is about a false a statement as it is possible to make.
Yes, indeed Trump discussed the issues, starting from the day he rode the escalator down in Trump Tower to announce his candidacy. Our unsecured border, illegals, trade deficits, our crumbling infrastructure, that Americans are ignored by those whom they elect, etc....all of these issues came to the forefront because Trump started talking about them.
Furthermore, the whole tired worn out racist line (that Trump's supporters hated having a black man as President) is a lie. There are plenty of black men and women conservatives would have happily voted in for president----Alan West, Condaleeza Rice, Herman Cain, Tim Scott--and others.
Hillary Clinton, some have said she's genius smart, also called me and 10s of millions others, a deplorable.
Do you really think that sort of thing wins arguments?
If so, then we don't really have anything else to discuss.
If "deplorable" were in Donald Trumps vocabulary, he would have been using it too. He has used every other derogatory term on the planet to insult people, so why the outrage over one term Hillary used ?
Trump didn't bow to the Queen.....The Horror...or maybe he did bow, but it was too quick, which is worse than forgetting to bow!!!
I find it absurd that in the year 2018 there is a person that must be bowed to. I find it as absurd as telling a black person that they have to use a "colored bathroom" half a century ago.
I am not fully comprehending his critics arguments for not bowing. Are they are saying that multicultural diversity is bad and that Trump must be forced to assimilate to the cultural norms of an archaic monarchy?
I don't wish any ill will on Queen Elizabeth II, she seems like a fine person, but being expected to bow to someone belongs in the past.
When a country has six names, the problem lies elsewhere. It used to be England and everybody was happy. Now whatever you say is wrong. Get it together.
It does get weird when you have England, Great Britain, the United Kingdom and the British Isles and they all mean different things. I highly doubt that 1 American in 100 could tell you the difference.
