An elderly grandfather walking in his Willowbrook neighborhood was viciously attacked by a woman with a brick leaving him with severe injuries.
A witness intervened and snapped a photo of the woman who was making racial comments during the attack.
Still no details...
His family tells FOX 11 that he was visiting LA from Mexico and on the 4th of July.
OK - so he is Mexican.

The article never mentions that the woman is black - but shows a picture of her from a photo taken by someone with the grandfather. She is unlikely to be a Trump supporter.
Doesn't she know that they are on the same political team?
What narrative OP?
The narrative pretty clearly is that Mexicans are all rapists and drug dealers and don't belong in this country.
Seems like his attackers followed the Trump script pretty well.
You seem surprised that his attackers are black as if you've decided that it is impossible for blacks to support the same policies as the president.
Don't real Americans support the president in his efforts to keep Mexicans in Mexico?
Are these not then real Americans trying to protect their country from invaders?
Frankly, OP, I suspect that if the perpetrators had been white, you wouldn't have paid this incident the least bit of attention.

You have this in your head and can't get it out. No, it did not alarm me, because the headline said they were seeking suspects, which tends to say they did not know. Once the suspects were found, their pictures were shown. I am fine with that.
I am a white man, and never ever felt the world was against me. That feeling is unique to people with issues with insecurity and inferiority complexes.
no. the suspects have not been found. with no descriptions forthcoming, they probably won't be.

It’s unfortunate that all violent attacks are either painted as race-related (which people dislike) or not painted as race-related when they should be (as the OP seems to be implying). Everything is hyper-racial now.
It’s just plain disgusting what the woman did to this man. Even if she had built up racial tension, as I have heard it’s dangerous for blacks to step foot in many Mexican neighborhoods in LA, what the heck does that have to do with this 92 year old???!!!!!

They were triggered by the fact that the xenophobic,bigoted and whackadoodle mother accused the man of trying to kidnap her daughter. I suspect those men were acting on that notion alone. And they should face the consequences for doing so.
It should alarm you that mainstream media (Not Brietbart or Mother Jones etc.) like CNN, NBC etc. will report this without giving any details about the attackers....unless they're white. Heck, even just yelling and making a racist nail salon owner got one lady up on national news under the headline "White Woman....."
Just a sobering thought as to what information you're being provided daily, FOX has it's own issues which I'm sure you recognize...but turn that critical eye to the others and you'll see a similar type of ugly.
A google search of the most recent incident of a white person harassing a person of color shows that the color of the harasser (nor the cop who stood by) was mentioned in the titles.
I don't think the notion that the media universally labels white as such when they behave badly is supported by the evidence.
