Never thought I would see the mighty US kowtowing to the likes of Putin and Russia, and indeed doing Putin's bidding for him.
I believe Trump owes the Kremlin a load of money for all their work during his campaign, which Putin expected Sanctions to be lifted for his efforts. He made the mistake of believing the BS of Trump!
He is street smart. Living here in NY will do that to you. The man can sell water to a whale. The problem as you point out is that HE IS IN OVER HIS HEAD. All his adversaries have had years of study in global politics and history. So when he goes head to head with them they always get what they want . Trump really doesn't even understand what's at stake. He is Sarah Palin without the lipstick and heels.
He has money. He was born that way. Unfortunately in this country, people with money can do damn well most anything they want.
Anyone with cojones forced to wait an hour for a scheduled meeting would've got up and walked out, Trump only seems to have a backbone when hiding behind a Twitter keyboard.

Assuming it was true, what do you want him to do? Start a nuclear war? And if he did say or did something about that, you would be the first to bash him for that too.

Trump will lift the sanctions. These things take time. Either that or he will agree to buy oil from Russia and present it to the American People as "look I'm lowering gas prices".
