Nooooooo lol, the problem is they expect everyone else to change, not them. Try to tell a liberal that their financial woes are because of their own actions? Tell them the changes they can make for a better life. They'll look at you like a deer in headlights. In other words, everyone else is to blame, not them. So how can life change for them if they won't even admit they are the problem let alone make the necessary changes?
Or how about Hillary, she thought blue states were in the bag but when proven wrong she's gone on a blame everyone else world tour. She never looked at herself as the problem.

But yeah, I have cousins who are taking out student loans to go to graduate art school (private ones too), and think their six figure loans not being forgiven is a sign of a flawed society.
As someone who went to a public university and majored in a boring practical field (though it's a STEM degree, and I personally liked it), and worked my way through because I'm terrified of debt... I've got some choice words for them. lol
I would love for the government to give you white supremacists some land for a country since you think you are so great. We will give you something with a port so you can trade withe Russia and the few other countries who will trade with you and seal the border so you don't have to worry about being infested with non-whites and we don't have to have you clowns amongst us.
We will take away every medicine, product, invention and technological advance ever made by a non-white since you don't see or acknowledge their value, and you all can live in your trailer utopia. You will quickly realize just how unspecial you are, and how much minorities contribute. You all will be trying to get around our wall after a day or two and and then we will have to separate you and your kids because you all are known for terrorism and human trafficking

Yep, while I paid off my school debt there are people who think it's ok to sign an "agreement" to pay backed the money they borrow and then think they shouldn't have to abide by the agreement when it's time for them to pay it back as agreed. I wonder if it were the other way around how they feel that they would not be paid back.
And even when they took the polls in other countries, conservatives were much happier.
In 2006, PEW showed republicnas at 47% very happy while only 28% of democrats were.
And every survey since shows conservatives more happy.

This is not hard to understand, given that most liberals by their very nature are malcontents. Thus even if you give them what they ask for, they always want more, and want to change everything. Tradition and cultural norms get under their skin, as many are rebels without a cause.
Conservatives tend to be more content and are pragmatic enough to know you cannot nor should you try to change the world.

The best thing anyone can do for society is to be able to provide for oneself and their family. Only then can they give to others.
The problem is, liberals think they know how much and how often people can give and then want to dictate on what they perceive to be true (without knowing facts and situations) many times they are wrong. They end up hurting people / families.
DH and I were at a meeting after which we were seated at a table with people we didn't know. It soon became apparent that we were seated with liberals, and Obama supporters. They talked about the poor in a very demeaning, condescending way, each trying to impress the others, acting as if the poor could not survive if it had been for them. It was gag worthy. We didn't let on that we were conservatives and certainly didn't feel the need to impress them. I think they thought they impressed us lol, asking us to sit with them the next evening. The next night we opted to go elsewhere for dinner.

LOL, so my experienced doesn't match up with your ideology so automatically I'm a liar? LOL pfft liberal land. Get this,.. I didn't enjoy the company of people trying to impress each other while being condescending toward blacks and the poor. They were full of themselves and that's not attractive.
