If ignorance deserved the death penalty, we'd have a lot fewer cheeto-lovers.

Can't do it. No excuses. People also "get mad" and occasionally kill people too, since "time immemorial." Your statement is a weak one.

Second, you're not allowed to execute someone for shoving you in the USA. This is a rather puerile reading of the SYG statues. You're allowed to use deadly force to prevent bodily injury. Drejka used deadly force to prevent further bodily injury. And McGlockton gave him his defense perfectly by shoving him from the side.

The purpose of SYG statues is to prevent needless court trials which can put undue burden on the person exercising his right to self defense. Court trials for capital crimes are stressful, costly and potentially devastating. If the person was clearly in the bylines of SYG, they shouldn't see the inside of a court room.

That you, Mr. Drejka? Hopefully justice will prevail in your case.

Body slam is an all out assault. It can get you shot.
Except he didn't body slam the guy. He shoved him and the guy fell.

Do you even know what a ''body slam'' is?

The shooter wasn't standing his ground; the man who shoved him wasn't coming after him after he fell.

He needs to be prosecuted for murder.

So, everyone is supposed to just lay down for a bully because it might have a gun?

Sounds like an NRA wet dream.

They are both wrong. The deceased for violently throwing the shooter to the ground. The shooter was also wrong for shooting a man that was backing away. It boils down to what the states attorney thinks.

You approve of vigilante justice? How awful!

I believe there is a FINE if someone is caught using a handicapped parking spot.

Is it a felony now? Deserving of the death penalty? Without a trial?

The cheeto sure is making America great, isn't he?

And Florida sucks. How is this murderer standing his ground? Does he live on that parking spot? Did he need it for himself?

Would you have killed someone who parked in a spot like that when you were chauffeuring your mother around?

Deplorable!

It's about the rights of the individual.
And, from the video, the shooter had plenty of time to decide if he was going to shoot or not. The guy was not near him, nor was he approaching him after he fell down.

It's murder. Premeditated murder.
