No kidding. But it's going to happen now and again. We've been getting mad and occasionally shoving each other since time immemorial.
Can't do it. No excuses. People also "get mad" and occasionally kill people too, since "time immemorial." Your statement is a weak one.
Second, you're not allowed to execute someone for shoving you in the USA. This is a rather puerile reading of the SYG statues. You're allowed to use deadly force to prevent bodily injury. Drejka used deadly force to prevent further bodily injury. And McGlockton gave him his defense perfectly by shoving him from the side.
Not sure why he wasn't arrested and charged. Let the courts sort out whether this met the "stand your ground" standard.
The purpose of SYG statues is to prevent needless court trials which can put undue burden on the person exercising his right to self defense. Court trials for capital crimes are stressful, costly and potentially devastating. If the person was clearly in the bylines of SYG, they shouldn't see the inside of a court room.

That you, Mr. Drejka? Hopefully justice will prevail in your case.

They are both wrong. The deceased for violently throwing the shooter to the ground. The shooter was also wrong for shooting a man that was backing away. It boils down to what the states attorney thinks.
It was in close quarters. If the victim was standing over the aggressor or the aggressor was walking away, then you'd have a point. It was a good shot.
wtf does him not being a saint, in your eyes, have to do with it? lol
It's about the rights of the individual.
And, from the video, the shooter had plenty of time to decide if he was going to shoot or not. The guy was not near him, nor was he approaching him after he fell down.
It's murder. Premeditated murder.
