Homosexuality also helps species to have stronger bonds and better survival rates.
"For example, the Laysan albatross shows that female-female pairing can increase fitness by taking advantage of the excess of females and shortage of males in the population and provide superior care for offspring. Moreover, same-sex pairing in many species actually alleviates the likelihood of divorce and curtails the pressure on the opposite sex by allowing members to exhibit more flexibility to form partnerships, which in turn strengthens social bonds and reduces competition." Yale Scientific Magazine – Do Animals Exhibit Homosexuality?
"It has also been suggested that homosexuality boosts individuals' reproductive success, albeit indirectly. For instance, same-sex partners might have a better chance of rising to the top of social hierarchies and getting access to the opposite sex. Another possibility is that homosexuality evolves and persists because it benefits groups or relatives, rather than individuals. In bonobo (chimps), homosexual behaviour might have benefits at a group level by promoting social cohesion." Slavery has been around for 1,000s of years. Is that normal?
Is slavery a honorable or righteous act? No, it is evil.
But slavery is normal behavior in human civilizations (though slavery is not normal behavior in hunter-gatherer populations.)
"Slavery was known in the very first civilizations such as Sumer in Mesopotamia which dates back as far as 3500 BC, as well as in almost every other civilization."
Slavery in human civilizations is about as normal as wolf and lion packs fighting each other, or chimpanzees eating tree monkeys (populations of wolves, lions, and chimpanzees exhibit this behavior in all/most groups living in the wild.)
If slavery is a unnatural human behavior, why has slavery existed since the first human civilization, and why are there 100,000's of slaves in America today?
Quote:
Shall we all partcipate in and accept that?
Its clear that you and I think slavery is wrong, but still our society accepts slavery.
In 2018 American politics what is fought for more, ending sex slavery in America, or ending regulations that limit corporate profits? (American politics fights more to end corporate regulations.)
Quote:
According to you, (we should participate and accept slavery) yes, we should, since its value is ONLY based on whether it happened for 1000s of years.
Slavery is an act that fully takes peoples rights and hurts them, but homosexuality is an act that hurts no one.
Slavery is an act that fully takes peoples rights and hurts them, but homosexuality is an act that hurts no one.
An act that hurts no one but the human species itself since you can't reproduce via homosexuality. Leftists talk about how people on the right don't care about their fellow human and are selfish people. Homosexuality is the ultimate selfish behavior regarding the human species itself. They don't care if it survives or not.
Fundamentalist Christianity and Fox News both promote an extremely black and white worldview. I think that's one of the biggest differences between liberals and conservatives. To conservatives, everything is black and white and there's a right or wrong answer to everything. Liberals understand that reality is more complicated and there are various shades of gray.
That's what's refreshing about this story. It is not your typical liberal vs conservative debate. It's one liberal group turning on another.

Historically... the HIV/AIDS starting with a gay Airline steward and spread quickly in the gay community because of casual gay sex. And they it jumped to women because of the bi-sexual men.
And how natural is gay anal sex?
And my little female terrier humps my male neutered lab. And it's not because she is in love with him and wants to have sex, it's her dominating him and her trying to be the alpha in the dog pack.
And unneutered dogs will hump other male dogs and people's legs because they are horny and it feels good. They get especially horny if they catch the scent of a female dog in heat. But there are no romantic love relationships in the dog world. It's all pack mentality and having a pecking order of dominance, and who is the alpha dog leader.
And in the animal world if there aren't enough females around to procreate with, the males might have sex with another male, just because it feels good.
