What’s next, the judge didn’t like the prosecutions ties.

"No it t'isnt!"

Most attorneys are pointing out that the judge is doing a pretty good job of removing avenues for the defense to appeal the upcoming guilty verdict.

You are ignoring all the factual evidence of Manaforts guilt thats been presented. And hoping that some small emotional bit that you think will somehow save this insanely guilty individual. So far thats looking highly unlikely.

I imagine Gates would rather it happened in a court room than a laundry room in prison...

And I think you are being a little hyper in your praise for the defense's cross exam...

More fallout from the Manafort trial--
https://www.politico.com/amp/story/2...irginia-766042

I don't see how she could expect to keep her job after admitting she knowingly falsified tax documents--
Expect if she is a CPA she will lose her license
Hope Manafort paid her something under the table to get her to do that

And her firm is pretty sanctimonious
You know with tax filings as complicated as Manafort's there were multiple number rats working on that account--
She is just the one who signed off on the return

Manafort's attorneys are working that Gates is a liar and a thief just like Manafort.

“Mr. Manafort had the same path,” Gates said. “I’m here.”

That's it in a nutshell.

Manafort's attorneys working to paint Gates is a liar and a thief just like Manafort, so why trust him.

“Mr. Manafort had the same path,” Gates said. “I’m here.”

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...=.c54bdbca7eff

That sums it up.
