Here is the way he would respond and it is very close to the way I feel about it. He didn't rip on insurance companies nearly as much as I would have, but his basic reasons for supporting a competitive health care system are mine as well.
Why should she do what Trump is unwilling to do? Appear on anything but the most adoring of media?
Back up a second.... Trump was by far the most accessible candidate with near daily news conferences and interviews. Meanwhile Hillary went more than half a year without even a press conference.
I still think Ocasio-Cortez vs Shapiro would be quite enlightening. Assuming Cortez could articulate her philosophy and Shapiro could articulate his without a lot of attacking either way, it would be a great way to be exposed to two vastly differing philosophies.

How is he not. He believes corporations are always right and that the US has legal authority to break international law wherever we may please.
