Yes.

Including the part where if North Korea welches or doesn't keep up their end of the deal, Trump will publicly announce their failure and will slap sanctions on NK immediately. As he has done in the past to several countries.

Of course not. They are just getting started. Always humorous when the hysterical leftists try to bash Trump for not creating instant results.

But the point of the OP, obviously (except to hysterical liberals) is that there will be, unless Kim Jong Un does a sudden 180. Always a possible outcome with NKorea.

What deal with North Korea?

Please link to a report supporting that a deal was made.

What deal? There was no compromise. More sanctions on NK is meaningless.

Yes, it is better.

1) Both sides have agreed on denuclearization of the Korean peninsula. The vagueness of this agreement is both a blessing and a curse, but mostly a blessing as it completely bounds the problem and practically eliminates loopholes.
2) No sunset clauses (probably the most important reason why the NK deal is better)
3) No sanctions relief until substantive progress has been made
4) No cash payments to North Korea

Both sides have not agreed on denuclearization of the Korean peninsula.

Good grief.

Wake up and smell the coffee.

I think I'll go with the first choice, since to the best of my knowledge there's no actual "deal" from the second, just a bunch of hot air and two tragic haircuts.
Well - both bad haircuts got a LOT of television time so there was that. Trump then came home and told the country that we could all sleep well because NK was going to denuclearize - which we now know was just another absolute LIE.

There is no deal. NK is busy beefing up their program and treating Pompeo like a whipped dog.

They are both good

Even though we are not in it the multilateral Iran deal still stands

The relief we feel on NK is that Trump has toned down his rhetoric and the 2 Koreas are talking peace

That is a wish list, there is no agreement. Trump seems very desperate to get something significant from NK, I didn’t see them doing much of anything without formal agreement.
