Good move by Trump. Controlling access is an important function of the President.
Brennan has lied and acted unprofessionally after leaving gov. service.
This in no way effects Brennan the citizen's right to say whatever he wants. He has his first amendment fully intact. There is no 1st amendment to blab classified information.

In light of what has happened, Trump was 100% correct in removing this individual.s Security Clearance.
"Individual Brennan" should be glad the Russians failed to influence the election, since they are known for removing the individual.
That way he won't need a security clearance.

Why a Communist was put in charge of the CIA in the first place is beyond me. Oh, it was Barrack, he was famous for installing Communists, or ex-wink wink- ex Communist, into the US government. Obama has a history of Communists in his past, so nothing new here.

TS is 5, S is ten. When normal people leave, their clearance goes to an inactive status, and can be only for a short period of time, this is why many people do things like security guard (needing a TS) to keep their clearance active between jobs.
High level people, they retain an active position because it is not uncommon, and pretty normal for them still to be sought out for insight and history for ongoing issues, as many things are simply not able to be turned over to new personnel in such a manner where the new people will know everything needed.
