Nobody is claiming that Trump will get 90% of the black vote and you don't speak for all black people, at least not for the educated and informed portion of the black community.
It's been folk from the "educated and informed portion of the black community" chiming on here, and we have plenty of friends and communicants in the 'educated and informed portion of the black community."
But then you wind up being in conflict with those who claim that the blacks "warming up" to Trump are the ones who have gained all the new minimum-wage jobs.

Right now - he has a 3% approval rating among blacks.

The majority of all black voters are educated and informed (and middle class and not on any government assistance programs). Not to be blunt, but it is true - that usually dumb, uninformed people are the ones who don't vote. Or those taking some weirdo stance about not voting.

This has been my observation as well.

That's easily debatable.

The Rasmussen Report is a very biased poll. It is heavily biased in favor towards Republicans. Consider this. The Rasmussen Poll will likely get its polling sample from Republican/conservative persons. The Black people most likely to respond to this poll are conservatives. But even here, the majority of Blacks are not in favor of Trump.

Rasmussen does not release methodology or raw data, so nobody knows.
