The majority of all black voters are educated and informed (and middle class and not on any government assistance programs). Not to be blunt, but it is true - that usually dumb, uninformed people are the ones who don't vote. Or those taking some weirdo stance about not voting.

The Rasmussen Report is a very biased poll. It is heavily biased in favor towards Republicans. Consider this. The Rasmussen Poll will likely get its polling sample from Republican/conservative persons. The Black people most likely to respond to this poll are conservatives. But even here, the majority of Blacks are not in favor of Trump.

Rasmussen does not release methodology or raw data, so nobody knows.
