Trump is abusing his authority to attack his political enemies. Everybody knows that.

So few people have read the Constitution. Just to leave an out for the 1% its likely true that 99% of C-D members haven't read the constitution. Why should we expect different when even law student's don't read the constitution. Most think the constitution is the document on four pages of parchment .

https://www.quora.com/How-many-pages...S-Constitution

The original copy of the US Constitution was written on just four pieces of parchment measuring 23 X 28 inches[1]. Based on the length of the overall document, you could probably fit the subsequent amendments on less than two more whole sheets.

The truth is the constitution is around 3,000 and weighs around ten pounds. Most of it consist of unauthorized amendments.

Under Article V of the Constitution, there are two ways to propose and ratify amendments to the Constitution. To propose amendments, two-thirds of both houses of Congress can vote to propose an amendment, or two-thirds of the state legislatures can ask Congress to call a national convention to propose amendments. To ratify amendments, three-fourths of the state legislatures must approve them, or ratifying conventions in three-fourths of the states must approve them.

Congress & Courts have been amending the constitution outside the prescribed authority of the constitution by legislation and opinion. That is the bulk of the 3,000 pages and what is studied in law school. The opinions of the Black Robed Nobility according to former Sen. Dr. Tom Coburn.

A five to four opinion and the vote of one person is amending the constitution unlawfully. No where is it stated in the constitution that is a prescribed method. In fact no amendment was proposed only an opinion issued. Sounds like the constitution is nothing more than opinion but that is not a fact. The constitution is more than an opinion.

That “idiot” left the White House scandal free.

This president might not make it to the end of next year.

You hired him to get impeached before his first term is over?

The American constitutional system includes a notion known as the Separation of Powers. In this system, several branches of government are created and power is shared between them. At the same time, the powers of one branch can be challenged by another branch. This is what the system of checks and balances is all about.

Only in the minds of the brutally ignorant who still worship him, over here in reality we know the truth.

Fast and Furious?

Eric Holder being held in contempt of Congress?

The IRS issue?

Take that stupidity somewhere else.

Oh? I don't recall Obama blundering as Trump has, with Trump's total ignorance or with his outright violations - such as with the emoluments clause.

Sounds like the Hillary defense after she hit her head and was interviewed by the FBI. 33 times that was her answer.

Can you remember Obama blundering anything ? Anything at all ?

Here is a refresher. Obama Had Worst Record in Supreme Court in Modern History.
He was a constitutional lawyer too. He was either trying to wreck the constitution or he was an idiot or both.

That's exactly what your president Obama did. Make us vulnerable and pay off murderous dictators while kissing their butts and throwing Americans under the bus. It's pathetic that liberals would rather have that than have a president that puts America and Americans first.

Again with the phony claim "tax cuts for the rich?" It is tax cuts for over 80% of taxpayers.
