Why does the FBI ignore exculpatory evidence in the application of the FISA warrant?

The FBI opened up the whole Trump collusion case on the suspicion that George Papadopoulos' conversation with FBI informant Halper in London where George said, We weren't colluding. Collusion with the Russians would be treason, we didn't do that.

This is in the FBIs possession. So it should have been the FBIs obligation to shut down the investigation or find other evidence.

The FBI told the FISA application none of this.
Talk about beating a dead horse, is there anything, anything new. How many investigations have we had.

We need to have an investigation that can get all the information that the DOJ is withholding.

A special counsel would be the only one that could get all the information to conduct a proper investigation.

So to answer your question, we only need one investigation, a special counsel to investigate the full scope to of all maters involving the Russian investigation.

This should have happened long ago.

To your question, is there anything new. Yes, there has been many new developments, all of which puts the origins of the Russian investigation into further doubt.

FBI agents raided the home of a recognized Department of Justice whistleblower who privately delivered documents pertaining to the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One to a government watchdog, according to the whistleblower’s attorney.

...
Sixteen agents arrived at the home of Dennis Nathan Cain, a former FBI contractor, on the morning of Nov. 19 and raided his Union Bridge, Maryland, home, Socarras told TheDCNF.

The raid was permitted by a court order signed on Nov. 15 by federal magistrate Stephanie A. Gallagher in the U.S. District Court for Baltimore and obtained by TheDCNF.

...
A special agent from the FBI’s Baltimore division, who led the raid, charged that Cain possessed stolen federal property and demanded entry to his private residence, Socarras told TheDCNF.

...
The FBI has yet to talk to Cain’s attorney despite the raid, according to Socarras.

“After the raid, and having received my name and phone number from Mr. Cain as his lawyer, an FBI agent actually called my client directly to discuss his seized electronics,” Socarras told TheDCNF. “Knowingly bypassing the lawyer of a represented client is serious misconduct.”

Cain had already submitted the documents he obtained to the House and Senate Sub Committees, but they raided his house anyway.

There's some serious shady crap going on out there...
I'm waiting for our news here to unfold.

Hope some stuff goes down on this front by next week sometime.

Trump's corruption tells the magnitude a Trump supporter will go to protect their leader. Trump supporters claim to be pro-police. It's long overdue that Trump is paying the price for his corruption and various crimes. Trump supporters will go to any level to discredit anyone that goes against Trump. It's shameful. They have no credibility.

You must discredit half of the USA too.

I'm so confused by this

There are really informed, educated Americans who truly believe all the three letter law enforcement agencies are politicized in favor of Democrats?

I hope nobody actually buys into this nonsense

Yes, when all else fails, when there are no convictions that agree with their opinions and conspiracies what are they left with other than conspiracies. The agencies are obviously against them, of course the GOP had the oversight and controlled congress and the white house for years but that doesn't matter.

That's the best they can come up with this is not different than senator McCarthy, it takes fear and gullible people.

Have you Republicans no shame at all!

These are the men and women who risk their lives, who spend much of their lives performing an often thankless task. They are literally putting our country ahead of themselves and their families and you TRUMPERs shamelessly attack them, condemn them and lie about them.

Shame on anyone who supports what Trump is doing to the men and women of the FBI, CIA , NSA... shame on you.

Based on the fact that the house GOP has been investigating the DOJ for the last 2 years rather than Russia I would say no, they don't have any shame.

Then I take it you support full, and complete declassification so everyone can see once, and for all what really happened.
