Where is the attack, I don't see it?

Tone-trolling is asinine enough when there ARE actual attacks, can we at least avoid invoking it when there aren't any?

I got 'em.

If you give Trump enough rope, he will clearly hang himself.

Trump and his family obviously would not have cared about any claims made unless those claims here his chances of getting votes.
Yes
I think that is the point
Melania knew all this
Omarosa writes in her book that Trump was ogling Playboy bunnies at the LA Mansion for Celebrity Apprentice right and left and encouraging Don Jr to get some
And Don Jr complaining that he was there with his pregnant wife and couldn't take advantage of all the bounty on display--he would have to return w/o her next time..
A real classy family

yes it is......... exactly the way you're describing it in this interview!

trump claims that the hush-money was paid before he knew about it ( but not with campaign funds ). that equates to a campaign contribution and exceeds individual legal limits. trump then claims he paid it back, all that does is switch it from an illegal campaign contribution to an illegal campaign loan. add to that the fact that trump just admitted he knew about it but it was never declared on financial disclosures.

un-freakin-believable

This is a question of adjudication. Do you have a reference? Surely this must be a settled question.

Is it now a matter of law that Trump is an unindicted coconspirator?

If the original actor only pled guilty does it matter that the actor wasn't convicted by trial?

Watch Lennie Davis today on Katie Tur
Excellent explanation of why Trump, Cohen, Pecker and others involved committed campaign fraud
And as I said if the SDNY gets into Trump's companies' books then there is no telling what could happen.

It's not a matter of law.

Cohen has plead guilty and admitted to the illegal payment. He has said under oath that it was at the direction of "the candidate". That makes "the candidate" an unindicted co-conspirator. It's a definition. Someone who also participated in the illegal act (co-conspirator) and has not been charged (unindicted)
