Nothing alleged is a FEDERAL offense. They do not have jurisdiction, the local Police do. Please learn of which you speak before doing so.
Yes, the FBI investigated him (for a SECURITY CLEARANCE) which is in fact THEIR JOB when completing security clearances and WITHIN their jurisdiction.
Now if the allegation was that Kavanaugh took her (a minor) across state lines then that would be different as THAT is a FEDERAL crime. There is no such allegation (yet).
