Calling for an FBI investigation in this case, where it has no jurisdiction once again shows that the Democrats have no respect for the Rule of Law.

as a matter of fact, it is a crime now, just like it was then. Or did you think underage drinking being illegal was some new Democratic conspiracy?

And of course, no one is saying that underage drinking alone is disqualifying from being on the Supreme Court. But attempted rape should be no matter what age someone was if that particular crime was committed.

Dems still can't explain how the FBI is supposed to investigate a 36 year old claim with no other witnesses besides the one guy who claimed it didn't happen and where the victim doesn't remember where it happened or when it happened.

I
Because he has had 6 background checks and been scrutinized over and over against throughout his career, and has had zero incidents in his career and as an adult, even a teen, in general. At this point unless the accuser presents any actual evidence, then his confirmation should not be held up off of such an accusation.

Herein lies the difference in their thinking from ours. Things don’t have to make sense or be rational, as long as they get their way.

Seriously? So the FBI broke the law on the half dozen investigations they've previously done on Kavanaugh for his other positions in the judiciary and the White House?

The FBI is empowered to do investigations/background checks on judicial and executive branch nominees and appointees. Not sure if you are actually ignorant of that, or just pretending to be, but either way, you are incorrect.
