Obviously, that's just a small insignificant technicality if you're a liberal and will stop at nothing to prevent Kavanaugh from becoming SCJ.

Well, that narrows it down to a possibility of one out of the 365 days she was age 15, and one out of all of the homes that existed in MD at the time.

In some states like Ohio and Texas, the burden would be on her to prove what she claimed is true. His problem would be the "public figure" rules that make winning defamation lawsuits harder for people defined as "public figures".

Make your own list and then vote on those policies you want to see the country moving in THAT direction.

I'm with you on the above. As far as the environment is concerned: I'm all for smart solutions but NOT for policies like blocking fracking or pipelines. Let oil phase itself out by switching to electric cars. There's no need for us to stop drilling while the Middle East, Iran and Russia get rich from the oil we're purchasing.

Polygraphs are well-known to be unreliable, and are inadmissible in court.

Well, you voted for the right guy then!

Your list is the reason I voted against him.

You mean to prove one was raped? Present any corroborating evidence at all. Ford has none.

1, 2, 3......accusations.
So if this is all a grand plot by the Democrats -- can't be that hard to track the money right.

So the Republicans would be prudent to demand an investigation to prove these accusations are wrong.

Oh wait a minute -- who cares if they are right or wrong as long as the Republicans win and get their guy in.

I forgot -- how silly of me.

We don't want people of integrity, principle, character in office -- we want our TEAM to win --- GO TEAM GO -- We are number one.

I don't know if any of the accusers are telling the truth or not but Republican or Democrat -- I would want to make sure before we give this guy a career for life.

Not true, but in this case we don't know if the test was impartially and fairly administered because this is something many states will allow if both parties agree to it...but then the results are presented to the jury.

This prevents them from taking the test 4-5 times or having a biased testing etc. etc. etc.
We don't know how many times she took the test or if it was a sham because of this.

As such, her test is without legal merit. (I also know at least one person that lied their way through a polygraph test once upon a time.)
