No one is attempting to destroy Judge Kavanaugh nor his family. An individual woman has come forth with an account of an event that, if it is true, disqualifies Kavanaugh from sitting on the highest court of the United States. If that account is not true, then the judge is qualified for the job.
That's all it is. There's not going to be any life destruction happening ii Kavanaugh is innocent. There won't be any life destruction happening if he's guilty, either, unless the woman issues a complaint, and the event has time limits that haven't expired. Even then, a jury would determine the life destruction, if it was to happen.
Do you want Kavanaugh to sit in judgement over you if he is a rapist?

The problem with using mark judge account is you can't have it both ways. He says he has no recollection of the events which Dr Ford claim took place. You can't argue he was smashed so of course he doesn't remember.
If that's true then what he wrote about his high school partying days can't be viewed as anything more than generalization of events. A lot of partying and kids getting loaded.

The arrogance of this lady is astounding. She is now dictating terms for the meeting.
No lawyers can question her, only committee members. I'm guessing this demand was made because lawyers are specifically trained to sniff out the truth, and she's probably worried they will catch the numerous plot-holes that already exist in her story.
NOw she is saying she wants him to testify first. Does that make any sense at all? It's obvious the Democrats have taken ove rand are advising her. This has gone from the absurd to the ridiculous.
Also, I posted a poll to see how many people believed her and how many thought this was just a ploy by Democrats to stall the confirmation. CD took it down saying it already existed. But it didn't. The poll that existed already was the one above that asked how many senators would vote yes to confirm and this was BEFORE these allegations. So CD taking down my post was somewhat suspicious.

wow, somebody exaggerating to sell his book? unheard of, shocking!!!.....unless his book talks about a house party in 1982 with 4 boys that resembles the accusations by Mrs. Ford then what he wrote in his book has nothing to do with the case.
If you want to discount Judge as a witness because he doesn't have any recollection then MRS. Ford has nobody to back up her claim that a party and a house she attended ever existed.
She has to provide evidence that the party and the house exist. she has provided zero evidence.....not a friend, not a family member or anybody in this alleged party and house.....without that she can't place the Judge or his friends in the house without anybody backing up her story first hand.
