Yeah that's why you call us every time you need help with hostage rescue, places for thousands of Americans to shelter because they're not welcome in their own country, and urban rescue units that arrive before FEMA has left the parking lot.
Our Navy is so helpless it was the one that parked a destroyer and re-supply ship off the coast of Louisiana to fly loads of fresh water and provide hospital facilities with power.

Fact is YOU CAN"T move to Canada a become a citizen except under strict guidelines.
The original post was correct in saying Canada had a much better immigration system (probably some other things as well) and the US would be wise to copy it.
