What has he done?

What is the big accomplishment of this deal?

Name one thing?

Thank you,.

One thing I had heard, which we will see if it made it in the final draft, was an agrement byh Mexico that it's auto workers make a substantially higher wage which would remove wage differential as a reason to shift manufacturing.

MSM -- news outlets can't win no matter what they do.

If they tell you The White House says a great deal is to be signed.....they get slammed for saying 'great' - -but that's what The White House said and that's what they reported.

If they tell you the deal to be signed has conditions, etc....is only a preliminary, partial - -they get slammed for being negative...but if those are the facts what are they suppose to do.

I'm not talking the entertainment shows that use current news as their source. Don Lemon is not a news guy -- he's a political pundit like hannity. Nobody turns to Hannity and Rush for news -- they turn to them for discussion, talking points..not facts.
They do, including Trump. I don't think most of them know the difference.

Did we renegotiate these deals during the 8 years of Obama?

Interesting. So we want to be able to dictate minimum wages in other countries but it is ridiculous to have federal minimum wages in the USA. Okay -- digesting that......

From what I have seen the 16/hr. is the minimum wage. I don't have a problem with that -- but all that will do is raise the cost of production.....which raises the cost of the final product.

So we will see price increases.

Hmm -- long term - not sure how that pans out.

Nope but Obama wasn't running in 2016. Clinton most definitely ran on renegotiating NAFTA.

Trump wins again.

You desperate leftists better get him out of office soon, before he's guaranteed to win in 2020.

Even more major....no longer are we saying 'renegotiating NAFTA'. It is an OVERHAUL of NAFTA.

LOL.

Finally this administration is getting it -- it's not what you say it is how you say it....lol

Kind of a side topic of all this, but I find it oddly fascinating to see the POTUS taking a conference call from the Oval Office on live TV. Has that ever been done before?
