you nailed it.

Trump conservatism is all about sticking it to people who they think are not them.

What they fail to grasp is that they are a coalition of special interests that are held together by fear and hate.

strip away the fear of 'hillary" and you have people who would be at each others throats. Thus the right wing needs to demonize the left in order to keep them voting against their long term interests.

Trump will either capitulate and take a bone the Chinese might throw him, or we will lose. China can take 10 times the pain the Republican party can.

Xi i buckling down for the long haul, he has been reducing global tariffs on imports while creating new ones against the US that purposely target Trump supporters.

which is pretty smart, Trump is the guy doing it, so his supporters should be the ones to carry the burden. Trump should find a way to wrap this up before his supporters turn on him, for using them as cannon fodder.

Do you believe in law and order?????

The money was Iran's and there was a court order requiring the US to return the monies.

If you still think Obama should not have given it back then you must believe law and order only applies when it suits you.

In short now you know Obama was following court orders. if you still think he was wrong then you are not on the side of law and order.

Yeah--those farmers. And apparently some of them work in Congress. I don't care where the program came from decades ago.

This is just outrageous. Chuck Grassley supported the subsidy and then requested some of it?

I realize the current admin is fine with corruption, immorality and being unethical, but how is this legal or ethically acceptable to anyone?

With everything this country needs, this $12 billion BRIBE to his voters and members of his party apparently, Trump is creating a bigger muckier swamp. And, frankly, the idea that my taxes are being handed to a millionaire such as Chuck Grassley makes me want to throw up.

Once again, for those in the back row:

-Tariffs are taxes
-Taxes are theft
-Therefore, tariffs are theft.
You should change the title of the thread.

I’m laughing my ass off at this thing.

Nothing like the sight of right wing farmers with their hands out for that government cash.
