They are? Did you take a poll. According to Pew all Christians voted for Trump over Hillary. According to many of the posts in this thread all Christians are the same as all Muslims?

And the make believe Moderate Islamists, magically become enlightened Liberals by setting foot on American soil

Very progressive. Thanks for the info!
Correct does not apply to Christians.

Likewise, but I don't see the day soon where a non Christian becomes President, other than Obama who became a Christian to win in politics.

I think it’s absurd and quite threatening.

Many Muslims and religious Jews spread violence and/or hatred to our societies which is incompatible especially in the 21st Century and the Western world.

Why should the American government give those synagogues and mosques tax exemption when they show hate and violence?!
So then the church has a say in the government then?

All can be justified in the name of christ?

Isn't this actually what Trump did? Why do Trump and his people always project what he actually does onto others?

I agree 100%, just treat everyone the same. I am surrounded by churches in my municipality, at the very least they should be paying property taxes. I wish our municipality would put a cap on churches moving in. We need taxpaying businesses or residents, not churches that don't contribute.
