Are you saying that parents shouldn't be allowed to impart their own philosophies during child-rearing?
What would you suggest - that kids are taken away from their parents and educated at boarding schools much like Native American children were in the early 20th century?

This has nothing to do with Kaepernick, because he is not protesting the National Anthem--he is protesting racism and police brutality. I know this. You know this. Everyone knows this. So why don't we stop pretending like we don't?
It's just convenient for him to kneel when the National Anthem is being played? Does he kneel before the team goes out on the field? Does he kneel after the game?

All children are brainwashed if they have a political opinion before they understand government. Most of the 60+ year olds in this forum, left and right, don't understand government either. They're a good example of what brainwashing does to a mind after decades of effect.
It's a known fact that many of the Russian bots on Twitter and Facebook often times make simple grammatical errors, especially when it comes to past/present/future tense.
