These are all the same excuses men have been using for years to shame and discredit women who come forward. Congratulations, I believe you hit on every single one of them.
So basically, what you are saying is, men are pigs, and women who don't understand that have set themselves up to be assaulted. Instead of dealing with the behavior of these misogynists, women should, instead, cover themselves, not drink around men, and make sure the don't ever do anything or say anything that will trigger these men who are otherwise unable to control themselves.
And if they do inadvertently trigger these pigs, it's their own fault if they are raped/assaulted as a result. They should have known better.
I know many decent men. I know of none who fit your description. But perhaps we travel in different circles.
And those cases are very, very few--again, statistically speaking. The VAST MAJORITY of rape claims are true; it's just inconvenient to keep that in mind, I guess.

We have a case exactly as I laid it out. The accuser cannot remember when, where or who was there, and every person she cited as being there wears under oath and denies everything she says.
Again the witnesses that matter are the ones she claims were there and they deny that it happened. Sorry if that derails the agenda.

I said 50-54 before in the previous post/poll, now I don't know how he could be and not even about the allegations but rather how he handled it. He don't have the temperament of being a justice let alone a federal judge.
He's been a Federal Court of Appeals Judge for 12 years. There are over 300 of his decisions/rulings/dissents available to the public. Read them all. That's his body of work as a Federal Judge.

The fact that the two men who allegedly participated in an assault deny it is hardly more credible than her testimony. And I might remind you that she, too, swore under oath.
